Will J. Rosenzweig is a partner with Meland Budwick, P.A., where he concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He represents clients in high-stakes business disputes, drawing on the trial, appellate, and investigatory experience he developed over more than a decade in private practice and public service.

Prior to joining the firm, Will served for five years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida. In that role, he prosecuted fraud cases, financial crimes, and other significant federal cases, handling matters through trial and appeal.

Before entering public service, Will practiced at leading national and international law firms, where he managed government enforcement defense matters, internal investigations, and complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions. His experience includes assisting in securities fraud trials, overseeing coordinated defense strategies across multiple jurisdictions, and handling all phases of civil litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and appeals.

Will received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he was an editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and a Moot Court Champion. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government and History, cum laude, from Cornell University.
